Outreach Service and Training on hold
Following the recent government announcement, most schools will either be closing or working with a limited number of pupils. Therefore, the Autism Outreach Service will no longer be making visits. We will keep a list of all schools we were due to see and rearrange these when schools reopen. Any new referrals received in this time will be seen once we have honoured our outstanding visits. The team will be working at home and we will be happy to give advice and resources over email or arrange time to speak to you on the telephone. Please contact your usual outreach teacher for support; email addresses can be found on the 'contact us' tab. We will be taking the time to update the resources on our website and training materials that we use, so keep an eye on the website for new things appearing.
All of the training that we run will also be put on hold. We are considering this to be a postponement rather than cancellation and we will put new dates in the diary as soon as we have some idea over timescales.
